Answerable person of PRIO will enlist client name and contact details as well as inform them to wait until PRIO will call them with making an appointment with a therapist. The PRIO office will check therapists' client load and seek an appointment for new client. PRIO is responsible for setting up and prior arrangement of client and therapist.
